Site requirement

The installation site should be smooth and solid, and the construction platform should be far away from the strong source, such as polishing machine and white rice machine.

An elevator should be installed before installing the color sorter to prevent damage to the color sorter due to welding or hard objects.

Compressor and gas tanks should be installed away from people to reduce noise pollution or other possible injuries. In addition, users are advised to keep the compressor and air tank in a ventilated and dry area, thus keeping the compressed air clean and dry.

Environmental requirements

Like ordinary household appliances, the color sorter is required to be 0 in terms of ambient temperature, so it is recommended to build AC rooms with high temperature and greenhouse in low temperature areas.

Lighting requirement

Since external light will directly affect color separation, color separators must be kept away from strong light and ceiling lights must not be placed on them. Of course, adequate lighting is necessary for operation and maintenance.

Maintenance space

Color mixing and maintenance need to leave enough space around the color separator, and the recommended space around the sorting machine is greater than 60cm.

Ground cable requirements

Since ground sorters can avoid damage to the machine caused by lightning strikes or any personal injury caused by leakage due to incorrect operation, users are advised to embed ground wires before welding the platform.

To prevent interference, the ground resistance of a single wire should not be greater than 4 or the color sorter.

Install the color separator

Before installation, the user should build the working platform of the color sorter according to the size diagram of the equipment platform. The height of the platform is about 1.5m and the platform should be solidly welded horizontally.

Because color separators are precision equipment, any mechanical deformation caused by vibration must be avoided during handling.

Customers are strongly advised to use forklifts or cranes for transport. If a crowbar is used when conditions do not permit, the buffer wood for carrying should not be removed until the color sorter has moved near the platform and the sorter is then placed on the platform by lifting crane or other means. Then, use a level to adjust the levelness of the device to within 2mm / 1000mm.

Align the aggregate box of the color sorter with the user's feed tube, which should be equipped with a flow control board and a storage tank. Do not press on the aggregate box, otherwise the efficiency of the color sorter will be affected.
